Flexible working hours
1. Severe internal power struggles; goodwill is merely superficial.
2. People hoard work-related information, and long-timers are often redundant, treating you as an imagined rival from time to time.
3. Truly capable people survive here for at most one year! The external environment and work atmosphere are great, so please don't let your feet go numb.
4. Long-timers often make an issue of minor things that do not affect work, yet when asked about actual work, they know nothing.
5. The most frightening are long-timers who have been there for a long time and are smiling assassins. Be careful not to step on a landmine.
6. “Do not do unto others what you would not have them do unto you” does not exist in the eyes of the long-timers! They are experts at double standards.
7. If they like you, the work is like that at a foreign company; if they don't, it is like work at a traditional manufacturing company.
