Flexible working hours
1. Severe internal strife; all the goodwill is merely superficial.
2. People withhold information at work, and long-serving employees are often redundant and frequently treat you as an imagined enemy.
3. Truly capable people last at most one year here! The outside environment and work atmosphere are great, so please don’t hesitate to leave.
4. Long-serving employees often make an issue out of trivial matters that do not affect the work, while knowing nothing when asked about the actual work.
5. The most frightening are long-serving employees who have been here for a long time and hide their true intentions behind a smiling face. Please be careful not to step on a landmine.
6. “Do not do to others what you do not want done to yourself” does not exist in the eyes of the long-serving employees! They are experts at double standards.
7. If they like you, the work feels very much like that at a foreign company; if they dislike you, the work is like that at a traditional manufacturing company.
