Flexible working hours
1. Severe internal conflict; all the supposed goodwill is merely superficial.
2. People hoard work internally, and long-term employees are very redundant. From time to time, they treat you as an imagined enemy.
3. Truly capable people survive here for at most one year! The external environment and work atmosphere are great, so please don't let your feet go numb.
4. Long-term employees often make an issue out of trivial matters that do not affect the work, while they are completely clueless when asked about the work that actually needs to be done.
5. The most frightening are long-term employees who have worked here for a long time and put on a friendly smile while hiding their true intentions. Be careful not to step on a landmine.
6. “Do not do unto others what you would not have them do unto you” does not exist in the eyes of long-term employees! They are experts at double standards.
7. If they like you, the work is treated like that of a foreign company; if they don't, the work is treated like that of a traditional industry.
