Flexible working hours
1. Severe internal infighting; all the goodwill is merely superficial.
2. People conceal information at work, and the long-tenured employees are largely redundant. From time to time, they treat you as an imagined enemy.
3. The truly capable people survive here for at most one year! The environment and work atmosphere outside are great, so please don't hesitate to leave.
4. The long-tenured employees often nitpick over trivial things that do not affect the work, while knowing nothing when asked about the actual work.
5. The most frightening are the long-tenured employees who have been there a long time and wear a false smile. Be careful not to step on a landmine.
6. “Do not do unto others what you would not have them do unto you” does not exist in the eyes of the long-tenured employees! They are experts at double standards.
7. If they like you, the work seems very much like that at a foreign company; if they do not, the work is treated like that at a traditional industry company.
