Flexible working hours
1. Severe internal conflict; all the supposed goodwill is merely superficial.
2. People hoard work internally, and the long-timers are extremely redundant. From time to time, they treat you as an imaginary enemy.
3. The truly capable people survive here for at most one year! The environment and work atmosphere outside are great, so please don't hesitate to leave.
4. The long-timers often make a fuss over minor issues that do not affect the work, while they know nothing when asked about the actual work.
5. The most frightening are the long-timers who have been here for a long time and put on a friendly face. Be careful not to step on a landmine.
6. “Do not do to others what you would not want done to yourself” does not exist in the eyes of the long-timers! They are experts at double standards.
7. If they like you, the work is treated like that at a foreign company; if they don't, it is treated like work at a traditional industry company.
