This company's HR process has major problems, lacking professionalism and respect for job applicants.
After the interview, they proactively sent me an offer. When I said I needed a few days to consider it, they simply read my message and never replied. The next day, I confirmed that I accepted the offer, but they again left me on read and did not respond. Finally, after waiting a day, I received a reply saying that they had already found someone else.
In my view, the company may not have a clear recruitment plan, but instead changes candidates arbitrarily. It may even be that they make offers to both parties and hire whoever responds first.
If a company is this disorganized in its hiring process, its internal management in the future may not be much better either. Not getting in is probably a blessing in disguise.
All I can say is, no wonder this company knows its own reputation is terrible ==
