This company’s HR process has major problems, lacking professionalism and respect for job applicants.
After the interview, they proactively sent me an offer. When I said I needed a few days to consider it, they read my message and then simply stopped responding. The next day, I confirmed that I accepted the offer, but they again neither read nor responded to my message. After waiting another day, I finally received a reply saying, “We’ve already found someone else.”
In my view, the company may not have a clear recruitment plan and instead changes candidates arbitrarily. It is even possible that they make offers to both parties and hire whoever responds first.
If the company’s hiring process is this chaotic, its internal management in the future may not be much better either. Not getting in may actually have been fortunate.
All I can say is, no wonder this company itself knows that its reputation is really terrible ==
