This company's HR process has major problems, lacking professionalism and respect for job applicants.

After the interview, they proactively sent me an offer. When I said I needed a few days to consider it, they simply read my message and did not respond. The next day, I confirmed that I accepted the offer, but they again did not read or respond. Finally, after waiting another day, I received a reply saying that they had already found someone else.

In my view, your company may not have a clear recruitment plan, but instead changes candidates arbitrarily. It may even be that offers are made to both parties, with whoever responds first being hired.

If a company is this disorganized in its recruitment process, its internal management in the future may not be very good either. Not getting in can be considered lucky.

All I can say is, no wonder this company itself knows that its reputation is really terrible ==
