This company's HR process has major problems, lacking professionalism and respect for job applicants.
After the interview, they proactively sent me an offer. When I said I needed a few days to consider it, they simply read the message and did not reply. The next day, I confirmed that I accepted the offer, but they again did not read or respond. Finally, after waiting a day, I received a reply saying that they had already found someone else.
In my view, the company may not have a clear recruitment plan and instead changes candidates arbitrarily. It may even be that they make offers to both sides and hire whoever responds first.
If a company is this chaotic in its hiring process, its internal management in the future may not be much better either. Not getting in is probably a blessing in disguise.
All I can say is, no wonder this company itself knows that its reputation is so bad ==
