This company's HR process has major problems, lacking professionalism and respect for job applicants.
After the interview, they proactively sent me an offer. When I said I needed a few days to consider it, they simply read my message and never replied. The next day, I confirmed that I accepted the offer, but they again did not read or respond. In the end, after waiting another day, they replied that they had already found someone else.
In my view, your company may not have a clear recruitment plan, but instead changes candidates arbitrarily. It may even be that you issue offers to both parties and hire whoever responds first.
If a company is this disorganized in its hiring, its internal management in the future may not be much better either. Not getting in is probably a blessing.
All I can say is, no wonder this company itself knows that its reputation is terribly bad ==
