This company's HR process has major problems, lacking professionalism and respect for job applicants.
After the interview, they proactively sent me an offer. When I said I needed a few days to consider it, they immediately read my message without replying. The next day, I confirmed that I accepted the offer, but they again left my message unread and unanswered. Finally, after waiting another day, I received a response saying that they had already found someone else.
In my view, your company may not have a clear recruitment plan, but instead changes candidates arbitrarily. It is even possible that offers are made to both parties, and whoever responds first gets the job.
If a company is this chaotic in its hiring process, its internal management in the future may not be much better either. Not getting in could be considered lucky.
All I can say is, no wonder this company itself knows that its reputation is terrible ==
