This company’s HR process has major problems, lacking professionalism and respect for job applicants.
After the interview, they proactively sent me an offer. When I said I needed a few days to consider it, they read my message but did not reply. The next day, I confirmed that I accepted the offer, but they again did not read or respond. Finally, after waiting a day, I received a reply saying, “We’ve already found someone else.”
In my view, the company may not have a clear hiring plan and instead changes candidates arbitrarily. It is even possible that they make offers to both candidates and hire whoever responds first.
If the company is this chaotic in its hiring process, its internal management in the future may not be very good either. Not getting in may actually be a blessing.
All I can say is, no wonder this company knows its own reputation is so terrible ==
