This company's HR process has major problems, lacking professionalism and respect for job applicants.
After the interview, they proactively sent me an offer. When I said I needed a few days to consider it, they read my message and then stopped responding. The next day, I confirmed that I accepted the offer, but they still didn't read or respond. Finally, after waiting a day, I received a reply saying, "We've already found someone else."
In my view, the company may not have a clear hiring plan, but instead changes candidates arbitrarily. It may even be that they make offers to both sides and hire whoever responds first.
If a company is this disorganized in its hiring, its internal management in the future probably won't be very good either. Not getting in can be considered lucky.
All I can say is, no wonder this company itself knows that its reputation is really bad ==
