Pros
The supervisor conducted the interview very seriously, and explained the position and job responsibilities very clearly.
Cons
The supervisor asks a whole bunch of questions to hear your proposed solutions.
As a former colleague shared, they just want your proposal to solve the company’s existing problems.
After the interview, they ask you to complete an assignment, meaning the interviewee has to provide the company with a free solution. This shows no respect for intellectual property rights.
