Pros
My colleagues are all very laid-back.
Cons
1. Labor is undervalued, efficiency is unimportant, and there is a lot of offline paper-based (manual) work.
2. In preparation for the IPO at the end of the year, operating costs are reduced by assigning a single task to several people to carry out together.
