Pros
Can't think of any.
Cons
Even though my résumé was available on the job site, during the interview it felt like they hadn't familiarized themselves with the person coming in for the interview at all. I still had to fill in personal information on-site, and the salary wasn't as high as stated on the job site either. It just felt like I had been deceived.
