Cons

The company's biggest source of internal friction is the owner (who is also the general manager). All day long, he issues orders arbitrarily, disrespects professional expertise, refuses to listen to loyal employees' sincere advice, and believes the slander of petty people instead. He has no integrity: he can even go back on payment requests he personally signed and refuse to pay vendors. His habit of changing orders constantly is well known. He speaks without logic or focus, and whenever he gives an incorrect instruction, he starts looking for someone to take the blame. He loves making up baseless accusations and pinning them on people, and illegally dismisses employees. Staff members keep coming and going. Whenever an employee displeases him, he starts asking supervisors to frame that employee. If a supervisor refuses, he subjects them to silent treatment and secretly sends résumés to the Ministry of Labor's employment service to have one of his lackeys interview candidates. As soon as someone is hired, he immediately tells the supervisor to get lost. After the old supervisor leaves, he joins forces with the new supervisor to continue targeting the former employees. Internal staff cannot work properly at all; everyone has to worry about when the owner or an incompetent supervisor will frame them and leave them without a job.

The owner keeps bringing close friends to work at the company, but within three months, every one of these friends is either isolated and forced out through his silent treatment or ruthlessly dismissed.

People who do not understand human relationships, and who only know how to publicly berate employees in meetings, make threats to fire employees they dislike, and tell outsiders that their employees are terrible and their consultants are incompetent—shareholders and vendors, stop believing his nonsense.

The owner himself is the root of all evil. Do not believe everything the owner says during an interview; what is good today may not be good tomorrow. The management positions are held by a few of his cronies, none of whom can do their jobs; their only real strength is flattering the owner. In short, your achievements are the owner's achievements, while your mistakes mean that you are stupid, incapable, and unprofessional (even though the decisions were all made at the owner's direction)!

The company is already chaotic because of one owner, and now there is another person, the management department supervisor Lin xx, the sycophantic “green tea” Mr. Ma, creating factions and dividing employees. Whenever the owner says someone is bad, these two immediately isolate that person. A company like this claims it will go public or be listed on an exchange within the next two years—it's pure fantasy. I strongly recommend that everyone stay away from this major minefield of a company, which is constantly being reported to the labor bureau and taken to court by its employees.
