The company takes employees’ needs into consideration when adjusting work arrangements. One day, it rained heavily in Kaohsiung, and the boss happened to come by while rushing to finish a design, so they went home first without deducting pay. Hmm... the targets still have to be met, but being able to accept this is definitely a big plus,

Almost no overtime,

The supervisor is very responsible, although quite rigid and by-the-book. Still, I’m fine with having her manage me,

I really like the work environment; it’s very clean,

They genuinely care about customers,

The salary is decent.

The boss is really fierce, that’s true. Sales come first, and targets come first. I’ve been severely reprimanded before, but every time after scolding me, the boss also teaches me how to do things. Wouldn’t it be better to just adjust their temper? Strange.

I completely disagree with saying the coworkers are great. People considering joining should be especially careful about the coworkers. A small number of them really like badmouthing the boss and supervisors, and I even found out that they talk badly about me behind my back too—during working hours, by the way ^_^ Getting paid while using work time to badmouth others—isn’t that just so noble? I’m speechless ==; As for the things submitted in the group, even though I’m not from the same field, I do them better than she does. She hosted a meeting without even knowing what she was talking about, yet she was the harshest person when criticizing others. Does she think no one knows? Hehe, truly so noble~ The bad apple is still there, so be careful. Professional ethics still matter.
