Pros
You can work from home on typhoon days, but you still have to come in on other days QQ
Remote work is a work arrangement, not an employee right.

Cons
After only a few days on the job, you are hinted that you are expected to accept 7×24-hour shifts (with an allowance); there are no three-shift rotations, and you must be on standby all day.
