Colleagues are generally easy to get along with
1. There are no performance bonuses for domestic or international business. You may need to work for more than three years before receiving an annual bonus equivalent to two months’ salary, and the Mid-Autumn Festival and Dragon Boat Festival bonuses are not paid until the following month.
2. You have to order drinks secretly.
3. If the boss thinks you are causing the company to earn less, they may expect you to take a pay cut yourself.
4. The company has no SOPs. If management “believes” you have not done something well, then you are considered not to have done it well.
5. In cross-departmental communication, everyone passes the buck.
6. The company develops its own systems and constantly replaces them, causing confusion.
7. The work evaluation criteria are not published; your evaluation is based on personal impressions.
8. Communicating upward may be seen as being difficult to manage.
9. Job coverage responsibilities are unclear; if something is not done well, it is considered your problem.
10. The boss relies heavily on personal impressions when choosing whom to favor. Favorites can get away with making mistakes, while the boss simply does not care about anything others have done that benefited the company.
