Can't think of any pros

Working full-time here is unbelievably miserable.

1. Full-time employees have to clean up after part-time workers when their shifts end but their work is unfinished.

2. If you suddenly have something come up and can't come to work, and they ask you to find someone to cover your shift, you aren't allowed to ask former employees—you can only ask current employees. The thing is, all the current employees are already working. Who are you supposed to ask? Isn't this obviously making things difficult on purpose?

3. Employees don't even get an employee discount when shopping???

4. If one admission ticket is missing while you're working at the counter, the employee has to pay for it out of pocket?

5. There are four positions in total. Basically, they say you will receive a pay raise after passing the assessment for each position, but after passing one position, you never get another raise, even though you are expected to know all four positions?

6. Instead of hiring professional cleaners for major cleaning, you are also expected to pull weeds, scrub floors, and clean the exterior walls and windows here. If the exterior glass isn't cleaned properly, they even blame the employees.

7. Even after the admission time has passed, they continue accepting customers. When customers complain, they blame the employees for not taking care of them properly?!
