The work atmosphere at this company is really great! Everyone is easy to get along with, and the work environment is also beautiful XD The company holds birthday parties and activities from time to time. It even held a celebration party recently! That day, everyone went to a hotel for a buffet at noon, then returned to the office in the afternoon to play games, drink, and chat. We didn’t have to work at all—it was super fun! Another thing worth mentioning is that the company just moved to Taipei City this year. The location is fantastic, very close to Nanjing Fuxing MRT Station, and there are lots of delicious food options downstairs! Compared with before, when we were in Zhonghe, it’s now much more convenient to get to all parts of Taipei City, and the surrounding area is also much livelier. Overall, this job has given me a really good experience over the past year.

The work processes still need to be clearer, especially the cross-departmental processes.

The workload isn’t exactly light.
