Pros
The pros are probably that they’re good at making grand promises, and the salary is up to standard.
Cons
It’s a family business, so the entire company has to defer to their family. In addition to using emotionally charged language toward employees, they change the way bonuses are calculated according to their mood. If possible, there are many more and better options in the same industry!
