Wearing the exterior of a fashionable luxury brand while retaining the essence of a traditional Taiwanese business—this describes this company. You can already sense a hint of a family-business atmosphere. The company is overflowing with all kinds of manager titles, but you can count the truly capable people on one hand. It may also be thanks to these few people that DUNJU has not gone under to this day (though perhaps that may happen soon?).
They use all kinds of short-sighted, exploitative methods to pressure the counters to meet sales targets, but whenever products or other resources are actually needed, the company either keeps making mistakes or has no stock. When targets are not met, we are constantly pressured. So, is the main reason for the lack of sales the company's problems or those of us in sales?
Does the boss still have time to travel abroad to run marathons? If you have the money to go overseas, why not use it first to properly reorganize the internal systems? Even after running, there was no result to proudly bring home. Don't you like to call yourselves eco-friendly fashion? Didn't you spend more than a million [NT dollars] sponsoring tree planting in Mongolia? Then how come you're still taking planes abroad to run? Do you know that aircraft have very high carbon emissions? With those two round trips, the Mongolians might plant trees until they die and still not be able to offset the emissions from your flights~~~
