The HR staff and department manager were both very nice.

The first interview was with the chairman, who kept me waiting for 15 minutes.

After only a few words, he said: “This is not a place where you come to learn. I need someone who can be useful as soon as they join.”

His attitude was not very good, and halfway through the conversation, he simply walked out. HR then rushed in and said that the next interview would be with the department manager.

But that was fine too—it made it clear that he did not want to hire me, so I did not waste his time.
