Pros

I don’t want to waste electricity by making employees work in the sun.

Cons

Every day at work, we have to endure the entire factory being flooded with intense sunlight coming through the “skylights,” forcing everyone to work under the blazing sun.

We also have to endure the glaring light from the large metal doors being open all day, along with ultraviolet rays shining in from the sun.

We also have to endure finished products that are over 100 degrees being placed at the air intake all day, so employees can experience the heat of a steam room.

The factory is too dark, but they are reluctant to turn on the lights because it would waste electricity.

So they open the skylights and the large metal doors to let the blazing sunlight and ultraviolet rays shine in, allowing them to avoid turning on the lights and prevent wasting electricity.

The factory is already hot, yet they keep making employees work in the sun and letting the sunlight shine inside. It is truly glaring and extremely uncomfortable. The employees have already complained that it is really uncomfortable, but they still keep saying that turning on the lights would waste electricity.

The employees have already closed the large metal doors, which clearly shows that it is really hot and that they do not want to be constantly exposed to ultraviolet rays. It is also genuinely glaring and extremely, extremely uncomfortable.

The factory manager keeps opening the large metal doors. What exactly is the problem?
