The entire company’s management is problematic. On the first day, new hires are already “called in for a meeting” with the intention of doing something illegal. The company cannot retain engineers, and most of the people you see have only recently joined. When you have questions, you can’t find anyone to ask; even when you do ask, you may be told, “If you don’t know how, what did you come here for?” Employees have little loyalty to the company. After seeing all this, I would recommend running for the hills.
