The recruiter was inexperienced and of poor quality, completely unclear about the job description, and gave vague answers. On the day of the interview, seeing the receptionist and recruiter dressed in very revealing clothes and looking quite young, I suddenly wondered whether the employees at this company were also like the receptionist and recruiter—sexually provocative, of poor quality, and with zero professionalism. What future could a company like this possibly have? Sure enough, I looked it up online and found that the turnover rate was extremely high. Everything was decided by the boss; the actual work after joining would be different from what was described; the boss could not distinguish right from wrong and fired employees arbitrarily based on personal preferences, and so on. The company was chaotic and had no systems, etc.
