Pros
Very close to the MRT station, and it’s convenient to shop around the Nanjing West commercial district after work
Cons
The head office salary is very low, and basically there is no possibility of a raise once you join (unless you use resignation as a threat, and even then it’s not guaranteed)
The company takes advantage of employees’ reluctance to ask for raises. Once someone dares to ask, a certain female manager humiliates employees with all kinds of caustic and cutting remarks.
In short, if you’re thinking of joining, you might be better off working at the FamilyMart downstairs
