Pros
The interview atmosphere was fairly relaxed, and the interviewer was quite friendly.
Cons
The entire interview process felt rather formulaic, with questions such as: “Why did you want to apply to UNIQLO?” and “What are your expectations for this job?”
They were really quite pointless questions. If someone comes to an interview, isn’t it because the company posted a vacancy, the candidate is looking for a job, likes the industry and job content, and can accept the salary and benefits? Asking these formulaic questions is really quite a waste of time.
