Pros
You can leave work on time and enjoy a retirement-like lifestyle.
Cons
1. The boss and the boss’s wife are the leaders of the main factional struggle.
2. Senior management only likes to hear pleasant things; agreeing with them is considered right, and if something is done poorly, they just find a scapegoat.
3. When firing people, they only act based on personal preferences. No matter how good your performance is, if you are not one of the boss’s people, they will pin blame on you and dismiss you.
