There are no pros. If there were any, the company wouldn’t still be posting job advertisements on 104 every day. There must be serious issues behind the scenes.

I only went for an interview, but the interviewer was arrogant and sat with his legs crossed. He gave a very quick answer about the salary, then asked what I did rather than about my experience. The entire process ended in less than three minutes, followed by “wait for notification”! All I can say is that this company must have serious issues behind the scenes. I saw its job postings on 104 several years ago, and they’re still there now. I thought I’d test the waters, but what I got was this gang-like feeling. This company is very good at skirting the minimum requirements of the Labor Standards Act, so anyone who really wants to join should be careful—you may be treated like a dog or a servant. Unless you’re really, really short of money.
