The site supervisor/big boss only ever says YES to clients
You really can’t see any professionalism or evidence that they’ve worked in 3PL
They constantly side with customers and attack people internally
Hahaha, seriously, a perfect score
As for everyone else, it’s just all kinds of demands
But honestly, if the work budget were unlimited, it would be: whatever you want, we’ll give you
The question is, does a company like that exist?
If you don’t improve yourself, where am I supposed to get the money to do it?
And then the same things are sometimes purchased and sometimes not purchased
Is this COMPLIANCE, or what???
All kinds of exhaustion, and the question remains: have you actually ever worked in 3PL?
