The boss inexplicably and suddenly lays off a bunch of people for no apparent reason, then hires another batch not long afterward! Most employees stay for less than a year, with people constantly coming and going! The boss only listens to suggestions from long-term employees; if your suggestion does not suit his preferences, he assumes you are not very capable... The company's products are awful-quality goods from mainland China, constantly have problems that cannot be solved, yet employees are expected to promote how excellent these products are. Everyone is exhausted, and people leave after working there for only a short time! The boss thinks that if someone leaves, another person can easily be found, so it does not matter! The boss only talks fancifully about grand dreams but has no financial resources! One person is expected to do the work of two, for very little pay, and they do not want you to work overtime because they would have to pay overtime wages! Personally, I think it is a small company, but the office is fairly bright! If you have a strong heart, newcomers can give it a try to gain some experience for a while, but the worrying part is that the boss may suddenly lay people off again! Anyway, you can collect unemployment benefits.
