You can come and experience what it’s like to have a boss who exploits and mistreats employees.
Not long after I started working there, someone privately messaged me to warn me to be careful around the boss because he is extremely vindictive. He also doesn’t pay salaries on time and has a severe tendency to procrastinate, and he even likes to lie. However, he is very passionate about this industry, and I didn’t want to judge someone based on what others said, so I still wanted to give it a serious try. As it turned out, the boss’s procrastination really was extremely serious. Not once did he deliver the things he had promised vendors on time—he constantly missed deadlines. Of the presentation proposals I prepared and handed to him, not a single one was ever satisfactory. When I asked what was wrong, he couldn’t explain clearly and would just say, “If the client says it’s not good, then it’s not good. Why are there so many reasons and excuses?” But if you don’t explain what’s wrong, how is anyone supposed to know what to change? As for his tendency to lie, he lied to vendors. Even though the company had only one employee, he insisted on saying there were 15 people. He never remembered a single thing employees reminded him about, such as meeting times with vendors, items vendors needed, or the final deadline for submitting proposals. Every day, the group chat was filled with vendors asking, “When can you provide the materials?” He would even blame employees for not checking his work when he himself had made a mistake. You couldn’t discuss issues objectively with him because he would think you were talking back. Communication was completely impossible. If your life has been too comfortable, you’re welcome to come experience it here.
