I stayed for a while

Many good colleagues were driven away or laid off

It feels like a company that uses talent and then throws it away

The high turnover is because they don't know how to manage people

Although there are still some good people there

The team leaders and managers who were later promoted are all rather odd

They lack professionalism, so they often nitpick over trivial matters to feel important

I hope the company realizes what kind of people they are using

I strongly recommend that talented people go to another company with a broader perspective and narrower minds

Otherwise, you may start doubting yourself and become mentally exhausted
