A salesperson who has been here for four years sharing my impressions from these past few years.

The advantages are quite clear: they pay you a very high salary,

but a large portion of it is bonus-based. If your abilities are not particularly outstanding,

you need to put in quite a lot of effort to meet your targets. Although it is tiring,

there is still a good chance of earning over a million per year.

The coworkers are easy to get along with, and the managers are fairly supportive.

Although sometimes, when they keep a close eye on you, you may feel like they are being ridiculous XD, at least the mood at work is good.

There is free lunch, and parking in the building is inexpensive.

Work is genuinely tiring. Although most things can be handled during working hours,

only a very small portion needs to be dealt with after work.

Most foreign clients know our working hours,

and unless something urgent comes up, they will not specifically contact sales staff after hours.

KPI targets push you forward, so when you first join, you may feel a lot of pressure.

The company has many goals, and they sometimes change.

Managers may assign quite a few tasks at times, so you need to know how to handle them.

I have currently left to start my own business, and overall, my experience over these four years was good.
