One person is expected to do the work of several people. Four people left within the first month after I joined. The pay is low, there is a lot of work, and overtime is common, yet you may not necessarily receive overtime pay. The company atmosphere is extremely dull and rigid, with everything done by the book. I sincerely advise against coming here. As for the work itself, it took nearly a month just to wait, involving a series of tests, two interviews, and one written exam. Anyone considering applying should think it through carefully.
