1. The colleagues are very nice, and the work content is generally acceptable for someone with workplace experience. The work itself does not have any major problems, but the salary is not commensurate with the workload. It may not be suitable for those who have long-term aspirations or are more ambitious. Some managers may lack experience and be unable to lead their teams in an organized manner. As managers, they are unable to keep track of the overall progress and details of their departments. If you hope to learn from capable managers, this may not be a suitable place.

2. The company has a very high turnover rate. Meetings are frequent but very inefficient, and the same matters require decisions to be made several times. This is not because of changes in circumstances, but because decisions change according to personal whims and must be followed. As an employee, when faced with unclear objectives, you need to spend a great deal of effort repeating work.

3. Information is not transparent. If managers have reached agreements or discussed matters, they should provide information at the appropriate time. This does not mean revealing everything, but rather providing subordinates with information about what can be disclosed. The company should present consistent ideas and concepts externally, but the lack of transparency makes people feel that this is not a team.
