The HR representative I interacted with this time was Kate.
1. The HR representative was very proactive and conscientious in assisting candidates with completing their resumes and matching them with suitable opportunities. She did her best to match the requests made and was very conversational.
2. WeSoft has a technical interviewer, Donald, who first asks us to introduce ourselves and then asks about each of the technologies listed on our resumes. He offers affirmation for areas we know, and for areas we do not know, he provides suggestions for improvement and explains the technologies. The interview process was not too stressful.
