Seeing so many sockpuppet accounts here boosting the ratings, all singing the same tune that the year-end bonus is very good and attractive, I want to clarify this for everyone:
The year-end bonus was only four months’ pay the year before last, and it was not paid out all at once. Instead, it was split across the four quarters of the following year—in other words, employees had to be tied to the company for another year, so they could not leave after receiving the full year-end bonus.
Last year, it had already been reduced to three months’ pay, and likewise was split into payments across the four quarters of this year.
Why don’t these people mention that in the previous few years there were times when there was no year-end bonus at all?
Many of these sockpuppet accounts were sent by PR and media companies to boost the ratings. Please don’t foolishly join just because you hear that the year-end bonus is four months’ pay~~~~You may see it, but you won’t get to enjoy it!
