Pros

1. Well-known brands and endorsements from famous artists—everyone has heard of them.

2. Opportunities to be involved in the entire process of working with well-known retail channel buyers and preparing proposals; this counts as valuable experience.

3. The month goes very well when the products you are responsible for have strong sales performance.

4. Marketing and outsourced design resources are available for use, and attention is paid to the appearance of the products.

5. Colleagues are generally easy to get along with and do not deliberately make things difficult or obstruct your work, although that may also be because the pace is so fast that no one has time for that (?).

6. Very little overtime (but the days are exhausting because the schedule is packed).

7. During the interview, the monthly salary is clearly itemized and explained to candidates. This is uncommon and provides a sense of security because there are no unclear details.

8. Different travel subsidies, birthday cash gifts, and other benefits are provided based on years of service; employees can leave early on Fridays.

9. The boss and managers are generally polite when speaking. They greet everyone each day and make some light, friendly conversation.

10. Convenient transportation, at the intersection of the Green and Orange metro lines (Guting).

Cons

1. In my opinion, the pace is extremely fast, and there are many details to keep track of. Projects may also change before retail channel purchasing is confirmed, so you need to be able to adjust your mindset.

2. Costs are kept very tight, but since the company does not have its own factory, there is limited room for further reductions.

3. Reimbursement requests for high-cost expenses can be fairly stressful; you need to prepare explanations for price comparisons and related materials.

4. One person handles multiple roles, so you need to organize priorities clearly and logically. Otherwise, your mental capacity may become overloaded.

5. Health checkups and annual leave follow the Labor Standards Act. The company occasionally treats employees to meals (not a monthly welfare allowance), but benefits are relatively limited, with the main emphasis on performance-based bonuses.
