Year-end bonus
If you enjoy learning palace intrigue and playing mobile games, you can practice in real life.
The company atmosphere is unbearably bad. Everyone is deathly afraid of the boss.
There are endless meetings every day, which means the boss changes the project details every day.
The boss controls things down to the afternoon snacks, which must be ordered according to the boss’s preferences.
Everyone is very good at putting on a superficial front, but ask around casually and you’ll find out who has argued with whom!
Some people have even slammed the door and left the meeting room halfway through a meeting, then cried at their desks!
Afternoon snacks are not provided every day—not even every month.
It’s always either KFC or fried chicken cutlets. Completely uninspired.
If I remember correctly, those supposedly heavily discounted employee purchases are either products the boss dislikes that are left sitting around, or items that are about to expire. You take them home, and they quickly spoil and turn yellow.
The annual leave is no better than elsewhere, and you have to use your own leave for company trips!
The salary isn’t any higher, but the psychological pressure is much greater! If the boss doesn’t like you, even if you draw the winning ticket at the year-end banquet, they’ll immediately make a face and say, “Huh… why him/her?!” and keep refusing to announce your name and give you the prize.
How much salary do you think you would get in such circumstances??
Overall, it’s not merely bad—it’s extremely bad. Proceed with caution.
