The company is located near Zhongshan Station, so transportation is very convenient.
There are too many to list. If you have friends in the media industry, you can ask around about how notorious this company is.
1. It has absolutely no respect for intellectual property rights and likes to plagiarize (search for 惇聚 and 浪花). On GoodJob as well, interviewees have reported incidents involving the use of interviews to scam people out of proposals and contact lists.
2. The company’s brother-and-sister owners have extremely poor sense. Perhaps because they came from sales backgrounds, neither seems to have received much education or gained experience at a large company before starting a business. They were also fortunate enough to make money (which shows how easy it is to be an agent in Taiwan). As the saying goes, “success at a young age is often a misfortune”; this completely explains how pitiful this company is.
3. It is extremely grandiose and loves putting on appearances. It spends huge amounts of money renting an ultra-prime storefront (though whether it can break even is a huge question mark), and invites dragon and lion dancers and the God of Wealth to perform and sets off firecrackers at its opening ceremony. It spends millions sponsoring foreigners to plant trees, claiming it is for environmental protection and to enhance its corporate image, yet when it comes to employee salaries, benefits, reimbursements, and other expenses, it is stingy to the extreme and refuses to pay a cent. Please, stop pretending to be wealthy when you are not. If you have no money, don’t imitate others by starting a company and hiring employees.
4. It treats employees terribly, making sarcastic remarks and bombarding them with exhausting messages, repeatedly driving the female manager of our department to break down in the office.
I urge everyone considering interviewing here to think twice before proceeding.
If you are applying for a counter sales position, you can refer to the comments in other posts (the same kind of nightmare). These are luxury brands, and you all deserve better choices—don’t choose an agent that is nothing at all.
