Pros
Senior employees received employee bonuses this year.
Usually, it’s those who want to coast or freeload who say it’s “terrible.” If you have no performance, are they supposed to support you for 10 or 20 years? Of course, a small temple cannot accommodate a big monk. The senior employees commenting here should currently be thriving and earning annual salaries of over ten million, right…
Think about it: the company doesn’t owe you a single cent in salary. Do you really have the nerve to say it’s terrible?
