There is a great deal of flexibility at work, the office atmosphere is very good, and there is always food and drinks available.
1. It is a traditional industry; the boss is elderly, bangs on the table and throws things when angry, and never apologizes when he makes mistakes or misunderstands people.
2. The boss thinks that people who sit in the office are unimportant. After making grand promises at the beginning, he shows no respect later and always thinks the graphic designer has plenty of free time, trying to dump work on them.
3. The graphic designer is expected to know photography, video editing, packaging design, sourcing packaging materials, various kinds of handcrafts, and to run all kinds of errands.
4. No one at this company understands design, so after you make something, the revisions become endless and increasingly unreasonable.
5. Setting these issues aside, during store-opening periods it becomes completely maddening. The boss can tell you on Monday to make the first version, then say on Tuesday that he never told you to make the first version and that you were supposed to make the second version, and then berate you.
6. Besides doing the company's work, you also have to make personal things for coworkers, who all think these are simple tasks for you and do not need to pay you.
