What advantages could there possibly be?
What era are we living in that you're still asking interviewees to fill out a family genealogy, provide a guarantor, and submit proof of their previous salary upon starting work? You even ask whether I need to be responsible for my family's finances—what the hell does that have to do with you, Mitsui? The food at your restaurants is bad enough, but your treatment of employees is just as shitty. Mitsui Food & Beverage, you'd better keep up that self-important attitude of considering yourselves the Middle Kingdom. I'd rather spend an extra one or two thousand to eat at Xiang than go to Mitsui. I estimate you'll go out of business within a few years.
