When I first joined the company,
I was guided through the company by a senior colleague.
Everyone was quite nice, and the work atmosphere felt good!
When you first join, you attend new employee training,
which mainly covers understanding site supervision and observation.
You also need to regularly monitor the contractors’ construction progress and compliance with regulations.
The work is not too tiring but is still quite fulfilling.
The salary and benefits are also good, starting at a minimum of 40K per month.
Adjustments are made based on work experience and ability.
You can tell that the company is developing well
and is quite willing to nurture new employees.
You need to be detail-oriented,
because the work involves handling matters such as pricing and payment requests.
