Can't think of any pros

They only target employees. The company says it provides training, but provides none.

They blame employees all day for not doing a good job.

Managers only put on a show; the boss didn't train them properly.

Managers can cut in line, while employees can't say a word and have to listen to the managers completely.

Managers can make mistakes, but employees can't. If they do, they're crushed with performance-pressure tactics.

All I can say is, this is a lousy company.

Managers enjoy themselves while employees are exhausted.
