Can't think of any advantages
They only know how to take it out on employees; the company says it provides training, but it doesn't
They blame employees all day for not doing a good job
Supervisors only put on a show, and the boss hasn't trained them well
Supervisors can cut in line, while employees aren't allowed to say a word and must listen to supervisors completely
Supervisors can make mistakes, but employees can't; if they make a mistake, they use performance targets to roast and crush them
All I can say is, this is a lousy company
Supervisors are enjoying themselves while employees are exhausted
